It didn't feel right. She couldn't put her finger on it, but something was wrong.

LeMortieth put the bike to a halt and planted her left foot on the Agartha branch.
It wasn't the weirdness of Agartha that did it, it had felt just the same in Egypt and Tokyo as well.
She glanced around and shrudded when an Illuminati ran past. Damn wannabes, she couldn't stand the sight of their smug faces.

She drove further and ended on the outside of the London Entrance.
Maybe it was the ball bearing? The bike felt just weird.

She put down the Rickenbacker and gave Floryn a big smile. Almost everyone present at the Horned God clapped their hands, but it couldn't be called waves of applause.
LeMortieth couldn't wait to get rid of the wig. Playing live again, even if it was in a coverband, had been an overwhelming experience though, reminding LeMortieth of her life before this bee-swallowing thing. Needed to do more of this. Rippledrums, FLoryn and herself put their heads together, whispered something, nodding.

They started a new tune.
Who would have thought Helter Skelter could be heavier than the original.

This was obviously the 2nd gig and I'd been kicked out of the band due to 'artistic differences'

You can't play Beatles as a three-piece, obviously you were present. Tuning or something 8-)

Odd thing, this phonecall.
The Council representative had offered her a desk-job. Was it worth considering? LeMortieth added some chili-powder to the soup she was making and stirred a bit more.

No more "deaths", waking up confused at an Anima-well. No more fighting Ak'abs, the most annoying creature she had met since Murloc's, way back then. No more murderer accusations from Phanth, when she had killed more agents than necessary on a mission.

But to sit still and take phone-calls, typing into a computer-screen? Is this really what she wanted? She added more Chili-powder. Flipped the Radiohead-LP. Her holy Quality-time.
