It can be done on the same day, just do Tower Defence followed by The Right Round and you'll get a controller from each mission.

I will be on this Monday and Tuesday from some time in the afternoon (GMT+1 or BST if you prefer) to who knows when (off work ) so if you need a DPS count me in.
