This is the weirdest thing that's happened to me in SWL to date. I was standing at a vendor in Agartha, doing nothing, when an unskippable cut scene kicked in. Five NPCs floating in mid air in Agartha. And then I realised they were playing out the story mission climax in Blue Mountain. For no reason...
