I have NYR every 3rd day at 18:00 GMT, thus any day at 18:00 GMT will at some point mean I cannot make the raid. I should, however, be able to make it next Friday.

The NM version is very, very hard. At the very least, you would need tanks and healers with 2.4 controllers (preferably higher) and capacitors to match. If you want to get the NM version done, I strongly recommend forming manufactory farming runs.
