PSA: remember to do it on nightmare mode for that Amethyst Mouser drop chance. Or if you really have to have a non-upgradable 10.1 epic weapon with no glyph.

Seventh isn't past the Gatekeeper, and unless they've changed it, I'm pretty sure you have to beat the GK to fight NM Catgod.
