Then I misunderstood. When I hear healtanking I autimatically assume it is a run without a healer, which is what I branded as impossible unless you are a master of the art of healtanking. Healtanking with a healer would be neat for holding aggro, though the main issue I can see with this with a new healer is that a healtank will often have less block than a regular tank, as well as fewer defensive cooldowns. It certainly sounds possible, but I for one would strongly recomend that the tank and healer discuss it beforehand in order to decide how to best approach the challenge

You use Fistol. Pop cool downs like hell, and if you have a spare slot on a pistol using DPS, have them grab Greater Good and/or a Drone as well. Works a treat.

With healers with top quality gear you can Fist/Blood heal it. Have done it before. It's a strenuous job but can be done.

Optionally, you can go up to 1 000 crit rating if you do not feel your heals crit enough at 800, just remember that mad skills adds more crit rating, and as such, should not be replaced. The rotation in this buid is as explained quite simple as all you do is press your HoTs (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) alternating between builder and consumer in order to proc empowerment as often as you can. Also keep in mind that signets cannot proc empowerment. You can, and should, replace win-win with greater good when you fist heal HF.

It is also very important to watch your healing on boss 3, once the first dog runs off to summon the second dog, you should cease all healing and let your existing HoTs heal the tank back up. Once that is done, wait for the second dog to drop before you resume healing. The exception being if the tank needs healing. If you do heal before the second dog has dropped though, you are likely to pull its aggro. This is why I strongly recommend 4k+ HP as well as death from above. If the dog charges towards you, rocket jump through it and let the tank grab it. Having 4k+ HP (one major in .4, HP signet is optional) will allow you to survive one cleave from a non enraged dog, which can and in many cases will be the difference between a kill and a wipe. It will also allow you to survive a hit or two from pretty much any boss in the dungeon unless it is a special attack or a powerful AoE. If your tank is struggeling with aggro, slot subtlety.

What sonno says is also very true, radiance is quite glorious, as is backup drone. Do not be afraid to use radiance, fearing that it may be best saved for later. Remember that unless you have a DPS who runs with a debil, it will take some time for the boss or bosses to gain 10 stacks, which means they will do 30% more damage in the beginning of the fight than towards the end. Radiance should therefore be used once you sense that the tank is taking a bit too much damage. It also only has a 40 second recharge timer, which can be reduced by a few seconds if you run with an accelerating augment on say backup drone if you plan on using those two together. greater good should be used if backup drone and radiance are on cooldown ,or if radiance does not do the trick on its own and backup drone is on cooldown.

Best use of backup drone on boss 3 is when tank jump down and start the fight, let him grab the dog and the jinn while healer holds back to not get aggro. It should then be back up for when 2nd dog comes down, so again put it on tank giving him time to grab without much healing beeing done.
