So teams for tomorrow:
Still have 1 DPS spot.

BrokenPieces - Tank
TS-13 - Offtank
Durendal - Fist Heal
Floryn - DA/BS DPS
Mellified - DPS

Kisshoten - DA/BS DPS (Shade killer)
Grakz - DPS (Shade killer)
LeMort - DPS
Xkraft - DPS

?? - DPS

Important:
  1. All RocketJump with the passive!
  2. DPS 4k Health (minor + benediction/potion)
  3. Stay out of Filth
  4. Zero Point Pathogen & Membranous Tempest
    1. For the first engagement: DPS will need to be at the head of Flappy with the Tank. When it flies up and comes back down again, DPS need to be at the head again with the Tank.
    2. When Flappy does it's Rending Reality, all go up and stay at the head of Flappy and stay together in the centre for the AoE (if you get the AoE on you, RJ through Flappy).
    3. When jumping down, DPS stay at the head again. Now important for the Tank, after landing for the second time, Flappy will cast Zero Point Pathogen, when it has done this, the tank should now turn Flappy around and the DPS stay at the back since it will then cast Membranous Tempest (Cone Attack)
  5. Only designated Shade killers go up when Zuberi calls for you!
  6. Let Offtank pick up the Spider and then kill it ASAP.
  7. Stock up on some Barrier Potions for Tears of Dis

Well worded, I've been trying to figure out how to tell the raid this. Now I don't have to. :D

Does Membranous Tempest always happen after Zero Point Pathogen? I am asking about the order of things.

From the videos of the fight that I've seen, it seems that YES the FIRST Membranous Tempest of the fight is cast AFTER:

1. Malevolent Sky (the Flappy Dash AoEs)
2. then Zero Point Pathogen

**Flappy will cast Zero Point Pathogen before Malevolent Sky, but don't turn the bird just yet because Mebranous Tempest will happen after Malevolent Sky.

***I also noticed that after the first Membranous Tempest of the fight, tanks keep Flappy turned away from the group for the remainder of the fight because there's no real pattern after that.

Hope this helps. :D Now if I can remember to grab the spiders, we might be in good shape. :P

Discovered a mistake I made in the team setup. Fixed it now.
Swapped Grakz and LeMort's roles.

Grakz should be up there as Shade killer.

Made some pretty good progress here! Was fun....

Well, I cannot say it's a progress for me as it was my first time trying - I just saw how it looks from the inside. What I have noticed, and I am writing it from a noob prespective, is that... the bird and the filth hits hard. The whole team made a great effort yesterday - thanks to all for their engagement and patience :) I DO NOT accept bills for repairs. Also great thanks to Kiss and Chaos for the tips on the build and positioning. Big grats to Durendal for saving my poor ass multiple times.
  • There is one nice spot to catch the bird after it's first landing - North of the platform, as Chaos suggested. Once I learned the invisible filth location (another issue we had to cope), we successfully rejoin the fight there every time.
  • Moving the bird during the cast time of Zero Point Pathogen does not affect AoE placement, so the bird has to be always placed in front of the DPS.
  • Membranous Tempest occurs after the second landing counting from the first encounter with She Who Crawls Outside apparently - or so it seems to me. Everytime I counted it from the beginning of the fight, very often I was wrongly turning bird at the second Zero Point Pathogen when they happen twice in a row.
  • There were times when Flappy landed in the middle of the DPS group behind me, splitting the group. I tried to turn his back to the edge of the platform but we always had someone behind his back. This resulted in Zero Point Pathogen hitting those standing on the opposite side then me. I don't know yet why the bird does it and when to expect it.
  • I might be wrong, but it looked to me that standing on the platform during the cast time of Rending Reality causes the filth damage.
These are things that exp tanks probably do not even think about during this raid, but I wanted to point them out.

Thanks for taking me there.

Scheisse!

I agree with your observations BP, also from a noob-perspective. I think Floppy can be killed soon

I thought we did really well considering the number of people who had never done it before. So well done us and thanks for the run! I hadn't been in there since it was on every two hours and found that now I could actually dodge those Tears of Dis (most of the time)!

I took a build that could expose (so whatever I hit takes more damage) from range (an aoe chaos builder) and also tried to use the gadget of 5 instant stacks of weaken/debil/corrupt on Flappy whenever it was off CD. I could also add something that would debilitate on pen or crit so decrease the outgoing damage of things that I hit.

What do people reckon? Did it help (tanks - I'm really asking you here) or with two tanks is the extra weakening not needed? It is useful for the adds? Or would more dps be more useful? Comments gratefully received!
