Raid this weekend?

Anima is the fuel of our magic, and of some, well, potions that increase your hit rating, penetration, etc. You've certainly seen those

"Pure anima" is a potion obtained with pure grade components (fire, water or dust) and a ql10 consumable toolkit. While regular anima potions last 60 mins or at the first death, pure anima potions last 60 mins and their effect isn't removed on death

I've never been to the raid, but would love to try it in the weekends. Your saturday morning means something like early evening for me I guess, I'll try to be on.

If you already have all the tank spots taken, ahhh, well, It'd be nice if you took me as a replacement if something wrong happens.

Also, Xan, Pure anima can only give you +HP, +AR, and +HR, whereas regular anima elixirs can grant you anything else, but NOT HP/AR/HR.

Animas and Pure animas DO stack, and you can use one of either types together.

The recipe for pure anima looks like this:

I have never used any consulmables so far. I guess they are sorta required for Raid...

Not strictly required, but if your gear is below 10.2, you could probably use the boosts to stats! If you're at 10.4 dps only build, you don't need the Pure Anima. I'll probably try to farm some materials today so I've got extra for people...but I don't have enough (ready any) pure fire, since I use it when I leech heal, and that's what the dps will need.

I really think this will be more of a 'let's play with it' run and less of a 'we will MURDER IT' run. You shouldn't get too hooked on killing it your first few runs. It takes a lot of dps and a lot of coordination, and it's a pita for the tanks.

In other words, it'd be a good time to get to know what you'll see and what to expect and don't fret too much if you're sitting at the door waiting for a spot without all the potions and all the 10.4 gear But that's just my personal take, and I'm notoriously undermotivated >=)

It just killed me to miss the raid. Sadly real life took precedent at that particular time. Glad everyone had fun though, and I'll have to schedule another one soon for the opportunity to *finally* finish it!
